Introduction
Hi everyone — my name is Hannah.
If you’re watching this, you’re either brand new to ListingLeads, or you’re ready to start using it the right way.
This video is a quick overview of how everything fits together. We’re not going to walk you through every single feature — we’ll cover those later. Instead, we’re going to show you the system behind the platform and how to actually use it.
Because ListingLeads isn’t just a content library. It’s a system designed to help you consistently attract listings.
I’m going to toss it over to Lee to introduce himself, and then we’ll take a look at how the platform is organized.
Welcome from Lee
Awesome — thanks Hannah.
Hey everyone, I’m Lee with ListingLeads. We’re excited to welcome you to the platform and show you how everything works. More importantly, we want to help you understand the mindset behind the system so you can use it effectively.
Hannah is going to share her screen and walk us through the platform.
The ListingLeads Dashboard
This is your home base inside ListingLeads. It’s the main dashboard, and everything starts here.
You’ll see the Weekly Listing Attraction Plan, along with the navigation menu on the left-hand side. From here, you can access all of the campaigns and tools inside the platform.
Once you understand where everything lives, the platform becomes much easier to use.
When you log in, this is the page you’ll see first. The Listing Attraction Plan appears right away, along with the menu that lets you navigate through the rest of the platform.
Blueprints
One of the key sections in the menu is the Blueprints tab.
Blueprints are structured campaign strategies. Instead of a single piece of content, a blueprint is a complete marketing sequence designed to generate conversations with sellers.
You can deploy these campaigns when you want to target specific opportunities in your market.
Examples include:
Expired listings
Downsizing homeowners
Seasonal seller opportunities
The important thing to understand is that these aren’t random templates. They’re structured campaigns that have been built specifically to help you start listing conversations.
Campaign Categories
Next are the campaign categories.
This is where the actual marketing content lives inside the platform.
You’ll find sections for:
Email campaigns
Direct mail templates
Text and call scripts
Social media content and shareables
Everything is organized so you can quickly find what you need.
The important thing to remember is that the content is already written for you. Your job isn’t to create the marketing — your job is simply to execute it.
We often say we’ve done about 75% of the work for you. Now it’s your turn to put it into action.
Support and Help Resources
We also want you to know that support is always available.
You can email [email protected] if you need help with anything.
Inside the platform, you’ll also find a help center with articles and videos that walk through how to execute specific campaigns.
There’s also a chatbot available if you just need a quick answer.
So if you ever get stuck, don’t hesitate to reach out.
The System Behind ListingLeads
Now that you know where everything lives inside the platform, let’s talk about how the system actually works.
The real value of ListingLeads isn’t just the content — it’s the structure behind it.
Most agents struggle with consistency. They send something one week, disappear for three weeks, and then try to start over again.
When that happens, marketing never really gains momentum.
Consistency, as Jimmy always says, is key.
ListingLeads solves that problem by giving you a weekly structure, the messaging, the scripts, and the tools to distribute everything — so you’re never guessing what to send or when to send it.
You can certainly customize things as you get comfortable with the platform, but we highly recommend starting by simply following the plan.
This isn’t about doing more marketing. It’s about running a predictable listing attraction system.
The Weekly Listing Attraction Plan
Everything inside ListingLeads revolves around the Weekly Listing Attraction Plan.
Each week, you’re doing three simple things:
Sending value
Starting conversations
Reinforcing your authority in your market
One important thing to remember is that you’re not supposed to use every piece of content all at once.
The weekly plan is designed to help you run your marketing consistently without feeling overwhelmed.
Many users open the platform and feel like there are so many things to choose from that they don’t know where to start.
The answer is simple: start with the Weekly Listing Attraction Plan.
What the Weekly Plan Looks Like
The Listing Attraction Plan is structured as a Monday–Friday marketing system.
Each day includes a recommended campaign.
For example:
Monday
Deal of the Week email
Tuesday
A value-based email campaign
Wednesday
Phone and text scripts
Thursday and Friday
A mix of campaigns such as direct mail or social media content
Every week, there will always be something available for you to use.
Some people like to set up their entire week in one sitting, while others prefer to execute the campaigns day by day.
You don’t have to use every piece of content, but even executing one or two pieces per week can start building momentum.
Turning Marketing Into Conversations
Once you begin executing the campaigns — sending emails, texting contacts, and posting on social media — you’re going to start getting responses.
This is where your role as a real estate agent becomes critical.
Pay attention to who opens your emails and who engages with your content.
If someone comments on a social post, reply to them.
If someone responds to an email, acknowledge them and start a conversation.
ListingLeads helps you start those conversations, but the real opportunity happens when you engage with the people who respond.
Because listings don’t come from emails.
They come from conversations.
Closing Thoughts
If you understand this structure, everything inside the platform will start to make much more sense.
Hopefully this video has helped give you a clear overview of how the system works.
And if you ever feel stuck, don’t go quiet.
Reach out to support at [email protected], visit the help center, watch the training clips, and ask questions.
This platform is your system.
Run it consistently, and it will produce conversations.
And conversations turn into listings.
