What's in the Platform
When you log in, the left navigation gives you access to everything:
Listing Attraction Plan — your weekly marketing calendar with pre-built campaigns for email, text, social, and direct mail
AI Suite — AI-powered prospecting tools (ZMA, Cannon Ball, Magic Buyer, Deal of the Week). Available on AI Pro plan.
Viral Leaderboard — discover top-performing real estate content from Instagram, YouTube, and ads
Blueprints — step-by-step strategy guides for expired listings and other prospecting approaches
Coaching Calls — recorded training sessions
Campaigns — browse the full library of Phone & Text Scripts, Email Campaigns, Direct Mail Templates, and Social Shareables
Step 1: Complete Your Agent Profile
Before using any tools, go to your account menu (top right) → Agent Profile and fill in all five sections:
Contact Information — name, email, phone, office address (required for all tools)
Business Details — brokerage and market info
Branding — upload your headshot, company logo, and set your brand color
Social & Web Links — your website and social profiles
Reviews & Ratings — used in Cannon Ball proposals
Your profile information automatically populates all campaigns and AI tools. Incomplete profiles mean campaigns won't display your name, photo, or contact details correctly.
Step 2: Understand Your Plan
ListingLeads has two main plans:
Creator Plan ($139/month) — includes the Listing Attraction Plan, Content Vault, ZMA tool (25/week), and Magic Buyer tool (100 letters/month)
AI Pro ($2,499/year) — includes everything in Creator Plan plus the full AI Suite: ZMA (50/week), Cannon Ball, Deal of the Week, and all future AI tools
You can check your current plan and upgrade anytime under Account → Billing.
Step 3: Explore the Weekly Plan
The Listing Attraction Plan is your home base. Each week, it surfaces 5–7 ready-to-use campaigns across email, text, social, and direct mail — organized by day. Browse, pick what fits your market, and send.
