Opening a Template
Go to the Direct Mail section in ListingLeads.
Select a template.
Click to open it in Canva.
If you don’t have a Canva account, you can create a free one.
Editing the Template
Inside Canva, you can:
• click any text box to edit it
• update your name and contact details
• replace images if desired
• add your logo
Downloading the Final Design
Once finished:
Click Share
Select Download
Choose PDF (Print) for best quality
Then send the file to your preferred print service.

Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Most templates work with a free Canva account.
Can I change the design completely?
You can, but we recommend keeping the original structure for best results.
