Using Social Shareables

Social Shareables provide ready-made ideas and prompts you can post on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to stay visible in your market.

What Are Social Shareables?

Social Shareables are simple social media posts designed to keep you visible and engaged with your audience.

They may include:

• post prompts

• caption ideas

• market questions

• conversation starters

These posts help you stay top-of-mind with people in your network.

How to Use Social Shareables

  1. Open the Social Shareables section in ListingLeads.

  2. Choose a post idea or template.

  3. Copy the caption or prompt.

  4. Post it on your social platform.

You can also customize the post or add your own image.

Example Social Post

Example prompt:

“If you had to move tomorrow, would you stay in this neighborhood or try somewhere new?”

Posts like this encourage engagement and start conversations.

Using Instagram Stories

Instagram Stories are one of the easiest ways to engage your audience.

To post a Story:

  1. Open Instagram.

  2. Tap the + icon at the top.

  3. Select Story.

  4. Add a photo, video, or text.

  5. Add a poll, question sticker, or slider to encourage responses.

Stories with interactive stickers often get much higher engagement.

Instagram Poll Ideas

You can also use quick polls such as:

“Would you rather?”

• Move to the city

• Move to the suburbs

Or:

“Is now a good time to sell?”

• Yes

• Maybe later

Polls are a simple way to start conversations.

Why Social Posts Matter

Social media helps reinforce your visibility.

Your contacts might see:

This repetition builds familiarity.

And familiarity builds trust.
